Remessaging or Re-targeting

Remessaging: Two people discuss what's on screen Remessaging, also known as Re-targeting, uses cookies to target consumers based on their previous exposure to your campaign and interactions with your advertising or website. As such, Remessaging or Re-targeting can extend reach to consumers not yet exposed to your campaign or drive conversions amongst those who have already interacted with it.

There are four types of remessaging that you can use to achieve your objectives:

Advertiser Site Remessaging records the actions that visitors take on your site and then re-connects your advertising with them through the Microsoft Media Network. Advertiser Site Remessaging can be used to deliver tailored creative based on the actions taken on your site, to drive conversions or deepen engagement.

Creative Remessaging targets users based on their exposure to or interaction with your advertising. It can be used to re-engage those who have already been exposed to your campaign or extend reach amongst those that have not been.

Email Remessaging uses tags within email newsletters to deliver remessaged ads across the Microsoft Media Network to those who received the email, thus building loyalty.

MSN Homepage Remessaging is an opportunity to extend a high-impact ad campaign on the MSN Homepage, deepening engagement by delivering additional creative to the audience as they visit other Microsoft Media Network sites.

Please note Remessaging options are subject to availability. Contact your local sales team for information.
