ComScore’s Media Metrix is a panel-based 3rd party audience measurement tool for online usage. ComScore captures the online behaviour of over 2 million consumers across 200 countries, making it the largest Global online research panel.
The panel is recruited online using non-cash incentives. Their demographic information is recorded and their online usage re-directed through ComScore’s proxy server. The size and characteristics of the online population is weighted against a variety of external population sources.
