RW Lynch is a nationwide advertising agency for personal injury attorneys. Through the InjuryHelpLine program, RW Lynch attracts thousands of calls each month and distributes them across their network of partner law firms. 

Seeing mobile as a new way to gain incremental reach for the InjuryHelpLine program, RW Lynch tapped Bing for mobile to drive consumers to their mobile website, complete a short form, or click to call the 1-800 number and be connected to a local injury attorney.


Solution

To meet the objectives, RW Lynch selected Bing for mobile to develop a click-to-web and click-to-call mobile search campaign that centered on mobile-focused keywords to drive inquires and customer sign-ups.


Results

Bing for mobile delivered a lower CPA—30 percent lower—and had more cost-effective volume than other mobile search competitors.
