Microsoft pubCenterBeta offers you the chance to include advertising on your web site from the leading network of premium online advertisers. With pubCenter you can:
- Place ads on your web site—realizing revenue potential with relevant ads targeted to your audience.
- Customize ads to the look and feel of your web site.
- Gain access to the creative inventory of one of the largest online advertising networks.

As a beta user, you'll also have the opportunity to earn money and influence the direction of this new advertising marketplace.
There's no sign-up cost and you can continue to use other ad networks while participating in the pubCenter beta program. Here's how it works:
Complete the interest form.
Once approved for the beta program, you can begin to place ads on your site.
Earn money when your ad is clicked!
This is a limited beta program that encourages your participation and feedback. We are listening to you!

Not all web sites submitted for pubCenterBeta consideration will be accepted to the program. Web sites are evaluated on criteria such as page quality and content richness, traffic history, and target audience. Web sites that require log-ins, have little textual content or lots of animated graphics are not good candidates for the pubCenterBeta program.
Visit the pubCenter Editorial Policy page for information about adherence guidelines for sites displaying Microsoft ads.
Microsoft ads can be placed on the same pages as other contextual advertisements, so long as you do not have a specific exclusivity agreement with another ad network. You may limit the display of Microsoft ads to any subset of pages on your site and there is no minimum requirement for the number of ad units you implement.
We welcome regular feedback and suggestions from beta participants about the service, product interface, and effectiveness in generating revenue so that we can create the best program possible for all pubCenterBeta users.
- At this time, only web site owners who are based in the U.S. may participate; completing a W9 form is necessary to receive payment.
- Click rates will be closely monitored throughout the course of the pilot. Web site owners with anomalous click rates indicative of fraud will be investigated and can be removed from the program at any point and will not be paid for those clicks.
- Microsoft can make no guarantee regarding the amount of any payment you may receive for ads shown on your web site during this beta program.
- For the purposes of the test phase, you will be limited to a single account. However, you may implement ads on up to 10 approved web properties.
