When the user's browser can't handle a PointRoll ad, a default banner is served. This banner is a general "click here" banner and must be a GIF or JPG.

The PointRoll BadBoy ad format is available in the following sizes on MSN:
Send to your MSN Account Manager the following information:
- Advertiser Name.
- Order Number.
- Start Date.
- End Date.
- Page Group Code.
- Creative: Width.
- Creative: Height.
- PointRoll Tag.
There are two steps to getting a PointRoll ad live on MSN. First, the advertiser is required to use PointRoll's user interface to upload necessary creative or submit creative to PointRoll. PointRoll then creates ad tags that need to be trafficked to MSN in order to get the ad live.
MSN requires 3 business days from the date tags are received from PointRoll for testing, scheduling and publishing tags on the MSN network. The MSN 3-day turnaround time will commence once a complete creative submission is received by MSN and when a corresponding MSN Order is signed.
