You can run reports in Microsoft pubCenterbeta to see how your ad units are performing. To gauge the performance of specific properties and ad units, you can use channels. A key benefit of channels is that you can run a report on a specific channel, allowing you to monitor the performance of that group of URLs and ad units side by side. The overall monthly revenue total by itself is generally considered the most important indicator of performance for your ad units. You can gain much greater depth, detail and variety of performance information by running a report. To gauge your performance, you can view or create a report. pubCenter gives you the option of customizing your own report or viewing a variety of quick reports.

 

What type of quick reports are available?


  • Account performance shows performance data for everything associated with the specified account.
  • Ad unit performance shows general performance data for all the ad units in an account, such as click-through rates and ad impressions.
  • Channel performance shows performance data for all the ad units within a given account broken down by channel.
  • Property performance shows performance data for all the ad units within a given account broken down by property.
  • Ad unit rotator performance shows a breakdown of what ad units were used in one, many or all rotators, the rotation percentage, as well as all other expected metrics.
