Appeal Rejected Ads

If your ad or keywords have been disapproved, you can change the ad content and keywords to conform to the editorial guidelines and then resubmit the ad group by clicking Save on the Keywords page.


If you feel strongly that your ad or keywords were disapproved incorrectly, you can contact support via email or telephone to appeal Microsoft adCenter's decision to disapprove your ads or keywords.

Make sure to state that you wish to appeal disapproved ads or keywords when calling or sending an email. The adCenter customer support team responds to all appeals as quickly as possible--however, the appeal process can take as many as 10 business days. Please note that if your appeal is denied, that decision is final.
