Maintain Your Accounts More Efficiently

Quickly Sign in to adCenter with Your Windows Live ID
Now you can choose to sign in to adCenter with a Windows Live ID username and password. If you are already signed in to your Windows Live ID account from another online system, you will be able to quickly access adCenter without re-entering your credentials. Admin users in adCenter can also invite new account users to access their adCenter account with a Windows Live ID from the Users tab under Accounts and Billing.

Your Home Tab: Easily Access Your Home Page and Alerts
Now it will be easier to access your Home page in adCenter because we are adding a new Home tab in the navigation. Your Home page will also be updated with new tabs for you to quickly stay informed about what’s happening with your account and with adCenter in general.
  • Alerts displays messages specific to your user-role and adCenter account, such as ad or keyword disapprovals or credit card declines.
  • What’s new will help to keep you informed about new features and announcements in Microsoft adCenter.
  • FAQ links you to popular Help topics and information to help you learn more about how adCenter works.

Manage Your Account Settings
An improved My Settings page will allow you to easily create and manage your Personal information, Marketing preferences and Alert settings all in one place.

The Alert settings section is new and gives you the control to select the severity of alerts you want to receive within four alert categories: account, billing, campaigns and general alerts. You can access the improved My settings page from the upper-right header of adCenter, or from the Home page by clicking the Alerts tab and then the Alert settings button.

You can find these new and updated features on adCenter Online.

Additional New Features in adCenter API
In addition to the previous new features mentioned in adCenter API, now you have reporting options to allow you to:
  • More efficiently pull reports for multiple customers and accounts with only one API call.
  • Include an optional column for a higher-level entity in your reports.

You will also be able to more easily determine the editorial statuses of ads and keywords.

Learn more about the API improvements by visiting the Microsoft adCenter API Release Notes, adCenter API Developer forum, and the adCenter Community API blog for developers.
