The End-User Experience
  1. If the user mouses over the 468x60 banner, the 468x560 panel expands.
  2. If they mouse off the ad, the 468x560 panel retracts again.
  3. The expanding panel will appear any time the user mouses over the banner.
  4. A user without IE 5.0 or above will see a default gif or jpeg image.
