Creative Director, GT Tokyo
Naoki Ito has a varied background and practices ‘design’ in a wide sense – working across several types of media. After working at ADK (Japan's third ranking ad agency), Ito moved to Hybrid Creative Agency GT Tokyo in July 2006. The following year he was awarded Best Creator at the Tokyo Interactive Advertising Awards 2007.
In the last two years, Naoki has won seven Cyber Lions in the last two years, including three Gold lions, and over 60 other major awards. He has judged the Cannes Cyber Lions, Clio Awards and is a NYCADC member.
Ito's recent work includes Sony Walkman integrated campaign "REC YOU"; Microsoft Xbox 360 interactive OOH "BIGSHADOW"; Nike iD viral campaign "NIKE COSPLAY"; Uniqlo Website "UNIQLO MARCH" and Real Time Interactive Documentary "LOVE DISTANCE".
He loves the city of Tokyo from the bottom of his heart.
