Concept Director, Nurun Paris
In hindsight, with a stretch of imagination, perhaps Iona’s career path was predictable after all. It started with a foundation degree in Fine Art and Design. But she went on to graduate from Oxford University with a first class BA in Philosophy and French. Finally, to her parents’ relief, all that ended after a Masters in political and social sciences at Science Po Paris. (Although she still goes back there once a week to teach a course on “Digital Media Truths and Trends.)
A highly formative five-year spell at TBWA taught her various strategic survival skills. Today, Iona (28) leads Nurun’s Parisian creative arm with Creative Director Jean-Michel Roccuzzo. Being a product of cultural mash-ups, her goal is to slowly but surely meld digital, branding, business and advertising cultures for Nurun and its clients.
