Frank Holland is responsible for leading advertising sales to Microsoft and meeting the unique needs of the company's advertising customers and partners. Frank reports directly to Kevin Turner, Chief Operations Officer. He has over twenty years of experience in the customer relationship and supply chain systems integration business. Before joining Microsoft, he consulted in the communications and high tech industry practice at Accenture.

Corporate Vice President, Advertising and Consumer Monetization

His responsibilities include monetization product strategy, the marketing and sales motion for search and display across all screens, and emerging solutions for Microsoft’s consumer services. He has executive oversight of the division’s strategy for expanding digital marketing partnerships and is accountable for the success of the Bing business through management of the Bing Ads Sales and Service team and driving syndication partnerships, like Yahoo. Rik has over 15 years of experience at Microsoft with the last 8 years focused in the online space. Prior to joining Microsoft, Rik worked for General Motors in EMEA.

Valerie Beaulieu leads global Sales Operations & Strategy. She and her team are at the heart of the consumer strategy for Microsoft: monetization of Microsoft consumer services, business planning & strategy, sales excellence, and solution management. In her 17 years at Microsoft, Valerie has held a number of positions in sales and marketing, most notably Sales Director for the S&M business in the French subsidiary and Partner Marketing Director where she built the EMEA partner engagement model and drove the early days of Microsoft Mobile engagement in Europe.

North America Vice President, United States

As our North America VP of Sales and Marketing Bob Bejan is responsible for developing and executing against our sales and marketing strategy within the United States, driving ad revenue opportunities, leading the relationships with top agencies and clients, and building market share. Bob is also the time zone leader for North America which includes responsibility for A&O Canada. In is 20-year career he has founded and led new media, interactive advertising, and sales and marketing companies.

Vice President, North America for Search Advertising Sales and Service

He leads the Field Search Sales and Service organization in the United States and Canada. He is responsible for managing the client transition during the Yahoo migration and driving adoption and revenue with Microsoft’s largest agencies and clients to ensure they have the best marketplace performance moving forward with Bing Ads. Rob has spent 16 of his 20 years in the advertising and media industry focused on digital and mobile, leading teams on both the agency and publisher sides of the business respectively.

Bruno Fiorentini Junior is Vice President for Global Agencies, which includes management of Microsoft’s relationships with leading media and creative agencies as well as top marketers. He joined our organization in 2010 to lead our Australia, Asia Pacific and India businesses. Prior to Microsoft, he was the COO for Yahoo! Australia and the General Manager for Yahoo! Brazil, Chile and Argentina.

Andy Hart leads the growth of digital advertising for Microsoft and its European & Multinational partners. He has responsibility for all advertising revenues across 18 different markets as well as the multinational accounts team. At the core of Andy’s role is spearheading pan-regional customer and agency relationships and representing the region at a Corporate level, to help guide Microsoft Advertising’s global strategy.

Stephen Kim leads global Marketing for Microsoft Advertising. Stephen and his team drive worldwide trade marketing and field engagement, consumer audience marketing, and compete. Stephen works in strong partnership with our consumer and advertising products marketing teams across the company. During his career he has worked with agencies, brands and publishers, leading efforts in a range of areas including research and branded entertainment. Prior to joining Microsoft, Stephen was Chief Research Officer at Media Metrix.

Vice President, Global Search & Programmatic Display Advertising

Matt Lydon is Vice President of Microsoft’s Advertising & Online Global Search & Digital Solutions organization leading the sales, service, marketing, operations and support teams for the Global Search marketplace. With over fifteen years of experience at Microsoft, Matt has held multiple roles including Western Regional Director and Sr. Director US Sales for MSN; Sr. Director Search Sales; Microsoft Global M&A; and SMB Advertising General Manager. Prior to joining Microsoft, Matt was the national sales manager for the Tribune Co.

Vice President, Emerging Markets

Axel Steinman is Vice President for Emerging Markets within the Microsoft Advertising and Online division. In this role, Axel is responsible for growing the revenue and market share of display, search, ad networks and emerging assets for Microsoft advertising across Asia Pacific, India, Spanish Latin-American, Greater China, Middle East and Africa and Central and Eastern Europe regions.
