With over 27 years’ experience in the European Media & Advertising industry, Digital Marketing specialist Mascha Driessen is an award-winning leader and inspirational champion of elevating diverse voices and role models. 

Mascha’s career started in TV broadcasting (RTL) and TV Production (Endemol), before joining Google for the launch and rollout of YouTube Benelux, where she received the prestigious Google Global OC Award. On top of being the Regional VP at Microsoft Advertising, Mascha is a board member of several associations, a seasoned speaker, active in start-ups and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives – such as Women in Tech.
