Jennifer Creegan, General Manager of the Display Advertising Experiences Business Group, leads business strategy, long range planning, product marketing and product management for the Microsoft Display Advertising Experiences business. She is responsible for a wide range of offerings in the Microsoft display product portfolio.
Her team is accountable for optimizing the ad experiences of Microsoft’s Consumer Services (MSN, Outlook.com, Bing Apps, Skype) and platforms (Windows Phone, Windows 8 and in partnership w/the IEB Division, our Xbox LIVE offerings).
Key product offerings include the Microsoft portfolio of creative experiences, targeting offerings, sponsorship business and performance offering. She is also responsible for Ads in Apps initiatives across devices, the latest of which is Ads in Apps on the Windows 8 platform.
A longtime and respected industry leader, Jenn was recently named one of the 21 Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising by Business Insider. Jenn also serves on the Mobile Marketing Association’s Global Board and has been a thought leader in the industry for the evolution of creativity and design in digital advertising for years.
Jenn has been at Microsoft for 15 years, spending all her time at the company in the advertising business. She has a background in both display and search advertising and functional experience in product management, marketing communications, brand development, technology development, and customer service. She has held senior leadership positions that span a broad spectrum of areas, including brand advertising, SMB Search Advertising and Web marketing leadership.
Prior to Microsoft, Jenn’s first career was leading a small, alternative theatre company, nationally recognized for their work. Jenn graduated from Syracuse University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and the Fine Arts.
