Jason is responsible for growing the revenue and market share of display, search, ad networks and emerging assets for Microsoft Advertising in Asia. Jason has over 16 years’ experience in the advertising industry in both agency and publisher sides.
Before relocating to Singapore in February 2011, he was at Microsoft’s global headquarters and was responsible for developing and executing Microsoft Advertising’s global agency strategy. Prior to taking on the role in Redmond, Jason was based in Sydney as the Commercial Director for ninemsn.
Starting his career working in advertising, Jason went on to spend a decade in several creative and media agencies in London, Singapore and Sydney.
Adam Gouttierre
Group Product Manager, Microsoft Advertising
As Group Product Manager in the Microsoft Media Network’s Business Group, Adam leads Microsoft’s core targeting products across the Network. He has managed and/or launched Behavioral Targeting, Re-Messaging, Profile Targeting, and Custom Targeting throughout his career at Microsoft.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Adam was Director of Business Development at Nanonation, a retail software company, specializing in interactive customer experience solutions.
Adam received his MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Adam completed his undergraduate studies at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO with a BSBA in Finance-Economics and Global Studies.
Tae Kyu(TeQ) Kim
Sales Specialist, Greater Asia Pacific
TeQ is the Audience Targeting Sales Specialist for the Greater Asia Pacific region. He is responsible to driving the global expansion and strategy for Audience targeting and is accountable for every targeting product across the region. With Microsoft for 7 years, TeQ starting in the Korea office and was formerly an Account Executive and Program Manager for the Microsoft Media Network.
Joanna O’Connell

Joanna joined Forrester in July 2010 and focuses specifically on marketer and vendor best practices in using display and measurement technologies and tactics as well as how to optimize results over time.
Joanna started her interactive marketing career at Avenue A in New York and was a founding member of Razorfish's ATOM Systems agency trading desk. Most recently, she ran brand relations for the Audience on Demand practice at VivaKi.
Joanna has been a frequent panelist at industry events including OMMA AdNets and BlueKai, TARGUSInfo, and Nielsen data summits. She graduated with honors from Vassar College with a B.A. in psychology and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Damien Cummings Global Social Media Director and Asia Pacific & Japan Online Director, Dell (Consumer & SMB)
Damien has over 15 years experience in the digital industry, covering all aspects of online marketing, e-commerce and social media. Damien currently works in a dual role at Dell as the Global Social Media Director and Online Director Asia Pacific & Japan in the Consumer & SMB team.
Prior to this, Damien worked at Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, as General Manager of Soho Square (Ogilvy’s conflict agency) and as General Manager of Neo@Ogilvy (Ogilvy’s digital media team). Damien has also worked at leading companies such as Citibank, Coca-Cola, NRMA and McKinsey & Company.

Christer Eriksson Regional Strategy Director, The Upper Storey

Prior to his current role, Christer was appointed Regional Strategy Director for Tribal DDB and also held the role of GM of Tribal DDB Singapore.
