Natasha heads up Global Consumer Insights for Microsoft, a newly created role when she joined two years ago. Her team is responsible for driving Thought Leadership, customer partnership research, campaign effectiveness/optimization, and product development/insights. Natasha comes to Microsoft from General Mills UK & Ireland, where she was Head of Category and Consumer Insights for five years. At General Mills, Natasha ran a team of insight managers tasked with delivering insights to drive a range of marketing and sales initiatives including communications development and execution, new product development, consumer and shopper targeting, and category visions.

David is the Global Strategy lead for Video, responsible for driving sales of Microsoft’s Online Video portfolio of assets including MSN, Windows 8, Mobile, Original Programming, and Xbox Video. David serves as a pivotal connection between our clients, our sales teams, and our business groups to facilitate product enhancements that support the growth of Video. This includes launching new advertising products and driving global sales strategies, as well as managing sales motions and revenue attainment.
