Ross is the General Manager of Xbox Advertising at Microsoft. He oversees the strategy, content, and programming of the Xbox advertising business. Karen is the marketing leader for Bing and MSN responsible for advertising, brand strategy, social, online video, branded integration, digital, SEM, rewards program, and in-product engagement. She developed and drove the "Bing it On" Google compete campaign, the most effective marketing campaign in the history of Bing -- achieving more than 25 million visits to bingiton.com and driving measurable impact on perception and search share.



Lovina McMurchy Lovina McMurchy General Manager, Skype Advertising, Microsoft

 

Lovina is the General Manager of Skype’s Monetization and Advertising Group, where she oversees all of Skype’s advertising-funded products, including the development of Skype’s mobile and native advertising platform strategy. In this role, she has helped to drive triple-digit, year-over-year growth for the team and align the goals of advertising with Skype’s core consumer values and mission.

 Natasha Hritzuk Natasha Hritzuk Senior Director of Global Consumer Insights, Microsoft

 

Natasha heads up Global Consumer Insights for Microsoft, a newly created role when she joined two years ago. Her team is responsible for driving Thought Leadership, customer partnership research, campaign effectiveness/optimization, and product development/insights. Natasha comes to Microsoft from General Mills UK & Ireland, where she was Head of Category and Consumer Insights for five years. At General Mills, Natasha ran a team of insight managers tasked with delivering insights to drive a range of marketing and sales initiatives including communications development and execution, new product development, consumer and shopper targeting, and category visions.

David is the Global Strategy lead for Video, responsible for driving sales of Microsoft’s Online Video portfolio of assets including MSN, Windows 8, Mobile, Original Programming, and Xbox Video. David serves as a pivotal connection between our clients, our sales teams, and our business groups to facilitate product enhancements that support the growth of Video. This includes launching new advertising products and driving global sales strategies, as well as managing sales motions and revenue attainment.
